MyCal cannot access my camera
Open iOS Settings, select MyCal, then allow Camera access. Reopen MyCal and try again. You can also check that the photo is clear, well lit and focused on the food.

Check your internet connection, keep MyCal open while the photo uploads, then try once more. If the issue continues, restart the app before contacting support.
Make sure you are signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase, then use Restore Purchases from MyCal’s subscription screen. Apple handles charges and refund requests for App Store purchases.
MyCal’s results are estimates. Serving size, ingredients, preparation and image quality can change the result. Do not rely on an estimate where medical or exact nutritional accuracy is required.
